Six-Word Memoirs Logo
Smith Magazine’s popular and addictive Six-Word Memoir project needed a logo to reflect both the courageous tenacity and unending creativity of the community contributing to these six-word stories, while still feeling welcoming to their audience. They identity needed to translate to book covers, websites, and all branded materials
By utilizing a circular text format, the final logo is reminiscent of a music album, a draw back to an era where storytelling had more time and space. By combining this sentimental connection with the modern colors and bold punch of the chartreuse, this logo conveys the value of the storytelling exercise, and invites everyone to tell their story.
This logo published in LogoLounge Master Library Volume 4.
