This brand exploration and logo design is for first-of-its-kind real estate development that connects contemporary urban living with Santa Clara’s agricultural past. Agrihood will integrate crucial housing for Santa Clara’s seniors, veterans, and middle-income workers with a community farmer’s market, farmland and open space adjacent to one of the city’s busiest transit corridors.
This logo is a crisp modern take on a natural, vintage approach – this blend reflects the goals of the architects and planners working to build this unique community.
The Agrihood team plans to break ground in summer 2019.
